MONTADITO DE TOMATE Y HUEVO

Ingredientes:

·   Huevo duro

·   Tomates maduros

·   Pan de baguette

Preparación:

Tostar el pan. Untar el pan con mayonesa para que no se humedezca. Cortar el tomate en rodajas finas. Decorar con el huevo. Servir  fríos.

Preparation:Toast the bread. Spread the bread with mayonnaise. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Garnish with egg. Serve cold.
